Yash Highvoltage Limited, a leading manufacturer of condenser graded transformer bushings for power generation and transmission applications has strengthened its presence in the US market through its subsidiary, YASH HV USA INC., which has entered into a Representation Agreement with ENSALES ELECTRICAL ASSOCIATES, INC., a North Carolina-based company with sales offices across several US states.
Effective 11 September 2026, the agreement will remain in force for 36 months (three years) from the date of execution. The agreement is aimed at strengthening Yash Highvoltage’s presence in the US by expanding its engagement with utilities and customers and establishing a stronger platform for long-term growth in the market.
The agreement covers a range of Yash Highvoltage’s transformer bushing solutions, including Low Voltage (LV) High Current Bushings rated up to 25,000 Amps and Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) Condenser Bushings up to 245 kV, available in Oil-Air, Oil-Oil and Air-Air configurations. It also includes Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) and Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) Condenser Bushings up to 230 kV, which will be available from 2027 onwards. With its portfolio spanning RIP, RIS and OIP technologies, Yash Highvoltage is positioned to address the evolving requirements of power generation and transmission infrastructure. Additional products may be added to the agreement through mutual written consent.

Under the agreement, Ensales Electrical Associates, Inc. has been appointed as a Sales Representative of the Company. Its mandate includes promoting, marketing and representing the sales of the Company’s products, along with driving utility homologation G approvals for the Company’s products within the 19 territories.
