Pace Digitek Limited’s material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited has received a Letter of Award worth ₹92.93 crores including GST from Kalpa Power Private Limited for the supply and commissioning support of a 100MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
The order is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2026. The contract covers the supply of the BESS and commissioning support for the 100 MWh system.
Pace Digitek mentioned that its promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in Kalpa Power. The company further stated that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.

Pace Digitek Q1 Revenue Rises 51.3%
The order comes shortly after Pace Digitek reported a 51.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated revenue from operations to ₹555.4 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹86.1 crores, while profit after tax rose 14.3% year-on-year to ₹62.5 crores.
The energy business accounted for 79.5% of the company’s revenue during the quarter. Pace Digitek’s executable order book stood at ₹10,803.3 crores as of 05th August, 2026, with the energy segment accounting for ₹8,453 crores.

The latest BESS order adds a 100 MWh project to the company’s energy business, with Lineage Power set to execute the supply and commissioning scope by 31st December, 2026.
