Agrizy, a technology-driven Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for global food, beverage, and wellness brands, is drawing strong interest at the Americas Food & Beverage Show and Conference. At Booth 1613 in the India Pavilion, Hall C at the Miami Beach Convention Center, the company has been engaging with buyers, retailers and brand owners exploring sourcing opportunities from India.

On the opening day, the Agrizy team welcomed thousands of visitors, including representatives from retail chains, distributors and emerging and established brands. A packed schedule of buyer meetings highlighted growing interest in clean-label products from India, while discussions also focused on the need for manufacturing partners that can support compliance and export requirements without the extended timelines and significant capital investment associated with building production capabilities in-house.

Attendees showed strong interest in Agrizy’s healthier snacking portfolio, including sugar-free jowar and ragi millet cookies, banana and tapioca chips made without palm oil, shelf-stable ready-to-cook gravies and organic coconut water. Buyers also explored Agrizy’s range of millet-based protein and health drinks, highlighting the challenge of finding clean-label products in this category that can be consistently manufactured at scale.

The interest reflects the broader growth of the clean-label and wellness market. According to Future Market Insights, the global market for clean-label and ingredient transparency solutions is estimated at $39.9 billion in 2026 and is projected to reach $70.8 billion by 2036. In the US, dietary supplement sales reached $72.88 billion in 2025, recording 5.5% year-on-year growth, according to the Nutrition Business Journal. Meanwhile, industry estimates put the broader US nutraceuticals market at approximately $175 billion to $186 billion in 2026, with forecasts generally indicating annual growth of around 5% to 6% through the early 2030s.

Yet supply has not kept pace with this demand. Industry reports on food contract manufacturing consistently point to capacity constraints in specialized categories such as aseptic filling and allergen-safe production lines, along with a persistent shortage of skilled food scientists and quality assurance talent in North America, even as the region holds an estimated 37 per cent share of global contract manufacturing. This is precisely the gap Agrizy is positioned to close, pairing India’s underutilized MSME processing capacity and competitive production costs with the certifications, traceability, and R&D support that US and global buyers require.

“Day One confirmed what we set out to prove: that brands want a faster, more transparent way to manufacture in India without trading away quality or compliance,” said Vicky Dodani, Co-founder and CEO of Agrizy. “Every conversation at our booth reinforced why we built Agrizy, to give food and beverage brands a technology-led partner they can trust across the entire journey, from formulation to fulfilment.”

Agrizy will continue to showcase its portfolio at Booth 1613 through September 16, including its ready-to-cook rice range, its industrial ingredients and bulk spices, and its dehydrated and pickled vegetable lines. The company invites attendees, retailers, and brand owners to visit the booth to sample products and discuss formulation partnerships.
