Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Manipal Energy Infratech Limited (MEIL) to collaborate on a range of opportunities across India’s evolving energy and infrastructure sector.
According to the announcement, the collaboration will focus on power transmission and distribution, renewable energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), green hydrogen, electrolyzers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) and advanced Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solutions.
The partnership reflects the growing emphasis on integrated energy solutions as India continues to strengthen its power infrastructure while expanding renewable energy capacity and emerging clean energy technologies. By combining their respective expertise, the two companies aim to explore opportunities across multiple segments that support the country’s long-term energy transition.

Battery Energy Storage Systems are expected to play an increasingly important role in improving grid reliability and integrating renewable energy sources, while green hydrogen is emerging as a key pillar of India’s clean energy ambitions. The collaboration also includes advanced transmission technologies such as HTLS conductors and OPGW, which are widely used to enhance the efficiency and reliability of power networks.
Advait Energy stated that the strategic understanding is aimed at jointly pursuing projects that align with the future requirements of the energy sector. The companies also intend to collaborate on advanced EPC solutions to support the development of modern energy infrastructure.
