A New Hub for Innovation in India
Developed in partnership with DLF India, the country’s largest real estate developer, Anaplan’s new 42,000-square-foot facility in Gurugram can accommodate up to 500 employees. The new hub brings engineering, product development, go-to-market, customer support, marketing and human resources teams together under one roof, strengthening the company’s presence in one of India’s key enterprise technology talent markets.
The Gurugram teams will also have a role beyond supporting Anaplan’s operations in India. They are expected to contribute to the company’s global product roadmap and help advance its vision for the Agentic Enterprise, an operating model in which role-based AI agents can handle routine activities across functions such as finance, supply chain, human resources and sales.

Adding another dimension to the new facility is a dedicated Customer Experience Center, where enterprise leaders can get hands-on with Anaplan’s technology. The center allows customers to explore interactive scenario-planning applications and experience how AI agents can support resource allocation, streamline operations and help businesses make faster, more informed decisions at scale.

“The caliber of India’s engineering and AI talent is world-class,” said Sanket Deodhar, India Head, Anaplan. “Our customers, like Deepak Fertilizers, Alkem, Daimler Commercia Vehicles, and Hero Fincorp, span a number of India’s most critical industries, reflecting the massive reach of our platform across the country’s economy. India’s largest enterprises need agility at scale, and from Gurugram, our teams will help build and deliver the agentic AI capabilities that make that possible.”
