Solex Energy and its wholly owned subsidiary Solex Green Energy have secured two work orders worth a combined ₹194.14 crore for the supply of advanced TOPCon solar PV modules, adding another sizeable order win to the company’s growing solar manufacturing pipeline. The orders have been placed by domestic entities operating in the power and electricity sector.
₹194.14 Crore Order Book Addition
The latest orders are split between Solex Energy and Solex Green Energy.
Solex Green Energy has secured the larger order valued at ₹180.98 crores for TOPCon bifacial Glass-to-Glass (G2G) solar PV modules. Solex Energy has received another work order worth ₹13.16 crores, also for TOPCon bifacial G2G solar PV modules. Together, the two orders total ₹194.14 crores.
How the ₹194.14 Crore Order Value Adds Up

TOPCon Technology at the Centre
The latest orders are focused on TOPCon bifacial Glass-to-Glass solar modules, placing the technology at the centre of Solex Energy’s latest order win.
Bifacial modules are designed to generate electricity from sunlight reaching both sides of the module, while Glass-to-Glass construction uses glass on both the front and rear sides of the module. The focus on TOPCon modules also reflects the company’s emphasis on advanced solar PV technologies as it expands its manufacturing operations.
