In December 2025, the Nordex Group received new orders from the wind and solar park developer UKA (Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen GmbH & Co. KG) for a total of 33 wind turbines in Germany. The order, comprising N175/6.X turbines with a combined capacity of 224.4 MW, forms part of the existing framework agreement between the two companies. It also includes a premium service contract covering turbine maintenance for a period of 20 years.
The N175/6.X turbines will be installed across nine wind farms located in regions such as Brandenburg, Thuringia, and North Rhine-Westphalia. Construction and commissioning will commence progressively from 2027, depending on project timelines and site conditions. Each turbine will be mounted on a hybrid tower structure reaching a hub height of 179 meters.
