Lumino Industries has secured new orders worth ₹496 crores since its stock market listing on 03rd September, 2026, adding fresh momentum to its power infrastructure business. The order wins span two key segments, with ₹339 crores coming from the manufacturing of conductors and cables and ₹157 crores from engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work involving underground distribution network upgrades.
Manufacturing Orders Account for 68% of New Wins
Manufacturing orders account for approximately 68% of the total order value, amounting to ₹339 crores. These orders cover the company’s range of conductors and cables, serving customers in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) sector as well as other industries.
The conductor segment includes conventional and high-performance conductors, while the cable portfolio covers high-tension (HT) cables, low-tension (LT) cables and railway signalling cables.
The mix of orders highlights the company’s presence across several areas of the electrical infrastructure supply chain, including power transmission, distribution and railway-related applications.
EPC Orders Add ₹157 Crore to the Pipeline
The remaining ₹157 crores representing around 32% of the new orders comes from an EPC contract in India for upgrades to an underground distribution network.
Underground cabling is an important part of distribution network modernization, particularly where utilities seek to upgrade existing infrastructure. The order adds to Lumino Industries’ EPC business alongside its manufacturing operations. All order values are excluding GST.
Order Book Reaches ₹3,215 Crore
Commenting on the latest wins, Devendra Goel, Managing Director of Lumino Industries said: “Rising electricity demand, renewable energy integration and network upgrades are driving investment in India’s transmission and distribution infrastructure. The orders won across our manufacturing and EPC segments take our order book to ₹3215 Cr. Our focus remains on high-performance products especially HTLS conductors, which meet the growing demand for higher power transfer capacity across power T&D, railways and other industries.
These wins reflect customer confidence in our products and execution capabilities. We expect network expansion and modernisation to drive demand for HTLS and other high-performance conductors and cables. Lumino Industries continues to remain focused on manufacturing quality products, timely delivery and participation in opportunities that build on our manufacturing and EPC strengths.”
