The 800 VDC power platform delivers up to 1.2MW of output, featuring a high-voltage 800 VDC design and large-capacity capacitors that stabilize input current during heavy GPU load fluctuations, ensuring consistent power delivery. Intelligent software capabilities enable remote monitoring, control, and online firmware updates, enhancing system visibility and operational efficiency.
Compared to conventional architectures, LITEON’s design delivers clear advantages in power density, energy efficiency, and safety, with features such as touch-proof protection and emergency shutdown mechanisms. LITEON’s 800 VDC high-voltage rack and liquid cooling solutions are engineered for ultra-high-density AI computing environments. Each rack delivers power capacities between 600kW and 1.2MW, offering exceptional structural strength exceeding 3,500 kg and supporting multi-zone, high-density GPU configurations. The design emphasizes high efficiency, minimal power loss, and lightweight cabling, ensuring robust structural integrity and ease of maintenance, creating a scalable and sustainable foundation for next-generation AI data centers.
In its liquid cooling systems, LITEON introduces a 2.1MW in-row CDU with a wide voltage input, 25-micron high-efficiency filtration, and a 4-to-3 redundancy design that allows online maintenance and real-time coolant quality monitoring for continuous system stability. The solution is further enhanced by LITEON’s self-developed MCU controller, enabling remote monitoring, intelligent control, and improved operational safety and efficiency across the entire system.
