Teledyne FLIR is set to showcase the new FLIR Si2a-PD at Electric & Power Indonesia 2026. This fixed-mount acoustic imaging camera is designed to continuously monitor energized electrical assets, helping teams identify potential issues around the clock. It will be displayed alongside the portable Si2-Series, iXX-Series, Exx-Series, and T-Series cameras at Booth #2501, Hall A, from September 2–5 at the Jakarta International Expo. Because partial discharge can occur intermittently, quarterly inspections may miss it if the activity is not present at the time of inspection. The FLIR Si2a-PD helps close this monitoring gap by providing continuous visibility into electrical assets,…

For years, India’s electronics manufacturing story could be told through a relatively simple picture: products arrived, components came in, factories assembled them, and finished products went out. That model helped India build scale, attract global manufacturers and establish itself as an increasingly important destination in the global electronics supply chain. But something more interesting is now happening beneath that familiar story. India’s Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is beginning to move beyond the assembly line. The next phase is likely to be about manufacturing more of the electronics itself. That means producing more components, printed circuit boards, sophisticated multilayer and…
