Bondada Engineering Limited has received an EPC order worth ₹1,153.93 crores for the development of a 270MWp ground-mounted Solar PV project at various locations in Maharashtra, strengthening the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector.
The order marks a significant addition to Bondada Engineering’s renewable energy portfolio and further strengthens its capabilities in executing large-scale solar EPC projects. The company said it continues to focus on large-scale Solar EPC, renewable energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other emerging infrastructure opportunities, with an emphasis on execution capabilities, project diversification and sustainable long-term growth.
Under the order, Bondada Engineering will undertake the development of a 270 MWp ground-mounted Solar PV project. The project has been awarded by a domestic entity engaged in the development and implementation of renewable energy projects. The contract is structured as an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project and is to be executed within six months from receipt of the order.

The latest order further strengthens Bondada Engineering’s renewable energy order pipeline and reinforces its capabilities in executing large-scale solar EPC projects. The total value of the order stands at ₹1,153.93 crores, inclusive of taxes.
The company has also disclosed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have an interest in the entity awarding the order, and that the order/contract falls within related-party transactions. The disclosure was made by Bondada Engineering pursuant to the applicable provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
With a 270 MWp project and a contract value of ₹1,153.93 crores, the latest order gives Bondada Engineering a significant opportunity to deepen its presence in India’s growing solar EPC market while adding further scale to its renewable energy project pipeline.
