RingCentral, Inc., a global leader in AI-driven business communications and collaboration, today announced the appointment of Vaibhav Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Agarwal, who joined RingCentral in 2016, succeeds Abhey Lamba, who will transition into an Executive Advisor role through the end of the year.
In his new role, Agarwal will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including financial planning, controllership, tax, treasury, corporate development, and investor relations.
