FPT, the Iveco Group company specialising in the design, production and sale of powertrains and solutions for on- and off-road vehicles, marine applications and power generation, is set to make another strong showing at the Cannes Yachting Festival alongside its official distributor, Bimotor. The prestigious event will take place from September 8 to 13, 2026, in Cannes on the French Riviera.

Held across the Vieux Port and Port Canto, the Cannes Yachting Festival brings together some of the world’s most prestigious yachts and sailing vessels along the iconic Croisette. The event also provides a key platform for leading marine industry players to showcase the latest technologies and propulsion solutions for the recreational boating market.

FPT is seeing growing interest in its marine propulsion solutions, driven by the proven qualities of its engines, including reliability, efficiency, high torque density and an impressive power-to-weight ratio. These characteristics have helped the company strengthen its presence in the recreational marine sector and attract an expanding customer base.

Taking centre stage at FPT’s stand (Palais 079, 32 NU) will be the N67 570 EVO, which will make its debut with an exclusive top cover designed by Van Orton. The renowned Italian creative duo is known for its distinctive, vibrant pop-art style. Following the launch of FPT’s collaboration with Van Orton at Agritechnica 2025, the partnership now extends to the company’s marine engine range, bringing the duo’s signature visual identity to the N67 570 EVO.

The new fruit of FPT’s collaboration with Van Orton is a striking engine cover, made by employing their peculiar, kaleidoscopic perspective to create a unique visual narrative, inspired by the groundbreaking Pop Art movement of artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein. The result masterfully blends precision engineering with artistic vision, giving the usually “undercover” FPT engines one more reason to be admired.

N67 570 EVO – Best-in-class performance in its power range

With its 6.7-liter displacement, the N67 570 EVO marine engine generates up to 419 kW, delivering maximum torque at low RPMs and rapid load response, setting performance benchmarks in its category. Purpose-built for marine applications, its architecture features engine and turbocharging cooling systems tailored specifically for maritime operations. To simplify installation, key components – including the oil cooler, oil pump, water pump, and blow-by system – are fully integrated into the engine design. Maintenance is made straightforward via advanced diagnostics, while extended oil and filter service intervals of up to 300 hours significantly reduce downtime.

FPT has had a presence in the marine propulsion market since 1965, offering a complete range of class-leading engines with displacements from 3 to 15.9 liters, and rated engine power of between 85 and 1,000 hp, while the specific yacht lineup ranges from 230 to 1,000 hp. Designed to power vessels from 8 to 24 meters, FPT’s range of marine engines meets the requirements of a wide range of boat types, from pleasure boats to light-, medium- and heavy-duty vessels.

Every day in Italy, two new boats powered by FPT marine engines are launched. The presence of over 200 service points in the Mediterranean area is a strong guarantee of continuous support and a prompt response to any issues.
