Enviro Infra Engineers Limited is expanding its presence in renewable energy infrastructure, with its subsidiary Suyog Urja Limited securing a ₹228 crore Letter of Intent (LOI) from ARIE Energy LLP for Wind EPC works for a 100 MW wind power project in Maharashtra. Located at Ajani in Latur district, the project is scheduled for execution by 31 July 2027.
The LOI covers engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) turnkey works for the Ajani Wind Power Project. Valued at ₹228 crore excluding GST, the order adds to Suyog Urja’s recent wind energy project wins and strengthens Enviro Infra Engineers’ growing renewable energy portfolio.
Suyog Urja Adds to Its Wind EPC Portfolio
The latest LOI follows another major wind EPC opportunity secured by Suyog Urja in September 2026. The subsidiary received an LOI worth ₹224.19 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL) for EPC turnkey works for a 180 MW NTPC wind power project at Parli, Maharashtra.
The two announcements highlight Suyog Urja’s growing involvement in wind power infrastructure, with both projects located in Maharashtra. The Ajani project adds a further 100 MW wind development to its recent order activity.
Enviro Infra Expands Beyond Water Infrastructure
Enviro Infra Engineers has traditionally focused on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure, including sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, sewerage schemes and water supply projects for government authorities.
The company has been diversifying into renewable energy through its subsidiary EIE Renewables, building capabilities across solar, wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Its growing involvement in wind EPC projects represents another step in broadening its presence across the clean energy infrastructure sector.
Project Execution Scheduled for July 2027
The Ajani Wind Power Project is scheduled to be executed by 31 July 2027. The ₹228 crore LOI adds to the subsidiary’s recent wind EPC order activity as Enviro Infra develops its renewable energy business alongside its established water infrastructure operations.
The latest development also places attention on the execution of the company’s growing renewable energy project portfolio, with the Ajani and Parli wind projects forming part of its recent activity in Maharashtra.
