KEENON Robotics made a bold statement at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) 2025 in Shanghai with the global debut of its first bipedal humanoid service robot, XMAN-F1. Running from July 26 to 29, the event saw KEENON transform its exhibit into an immersive Embodied Service Experience Hub, offering a firsthand look at how embodied AI is reshaping industries and everyday life.
The interactive showcase featured three scenario-based environments, a medical station, lounge bar, and performance space, demonstrating KEENON’s vision for role-specific AI in real-world applications.
At the heart of the exhibit was XMAN-F1, a next-generation humanoid robot designed for dynamic service roles. With agile, human-like movement and environmental awareness, XMAN-F1 impressed attendees by performing tasks such as preparing popcorn and mixing chilled drinks like Sprite or Coke with adjustable ice levels. It also delivered stage presentations and product demonstrations using multimodal interaction and large language models, captivating audiences with its fluid gestures and lifelike presence.

The showcase also highlighted KEENON’s multi-robot collaboration ecosystem. In the medical scenario, XMAN-F1 partnered with logistics robot M104 to simulate a smart, closed-loop healthcare service. In the lounge bar, a collaboration with Johnnie Walker Blue Label brought together robotic bartenders and delivery robot T10, crafting and serving customized beverages. These synchronized workflows demonstrated the power of integrated robotic systems to transcend single-task automation and deliver seamless, intelligent service.
According to IDC’s latest report, KEENON leads the commercial service robot sector with 22.7% of global shipments and holds a definitive 40.4% share in food delivery robotics. At WAIC 2025, the company reinforces its market leadership while presenting its ecosystem-based strategy for cross-scenario embodied intelligence solutions. Looking ahead, KEENON will continue driving innovation in embodied intelligence, combining cutting-edge R&D and global partnerships to unlock the full potential of ‘Robotics+’ applications worldwide.
