Rays Power Infra Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s prominent integrated solar energy companies has announced the commissioning of 1.1 GW of solar capacity during a single financial year, marking the strongest execution performance in the company’s history. The projects, executed across Karnataka, Rajasthan and Gujarat, have helped the company surpass a cumulative commissioned portfolio of 2.4 GWp, further strengthening its position in India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy sector as the country advances toward its 500 GW non-fossil fuel capacity target. Riding on this momentum, Rays Power Infra is now focusing on expanding its EPC order pipeline, growing its long-term Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio, and exploring opportunities in hybrid solar-wind projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), round-the-clock renewable energy solutions, and green hydrogen and related green fuels.
Ketan Mehta, Managing Director, Rays Power Infra said: “Commissioning 1.1 GW in a single year is the most defining moment in our journey so far. It is a testament to the trust our customers place in us, the resilience of our execution teams and the platform we have patiently built over more than a decade. With this single-year delivery, our cumulative footprint has crossed 2.4 GWp, and Rays Power Infra is structurally positioned to play a meaningful role in India’s clean-energy transition.”
