L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has entered into a strategic partnership with CP PLUS, India’s leading security and surveillance brand owned by Aditya Infotech Ltd (AIL). Under this three-year agreement, CP PLUS will manufacture nine million next-generation CCTV IP cameras powered by LTSCT’s indigenously designed Vision System-on-Chip (SoC) technology.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in India’s quest for semiconductor self-reliance. The Vision SoCs developed by LTSCT support high-resolution imaging up to eight megapixels, delivering superior clarity crucial for surveillance applications. Built with advanced cryptographic architecture, these chips offer robust data protection and enhanced cybersecurity across surveillance systems. Designed entirely in India, the SoCs embody the spirit of technological sovereignty and align closely with the government’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
