Sterlite Electric Ltd (formerly Sterlite Power Transmission Limited), a leading global provider of power products and solutions, has announced securing total orders worth ₹1,500 crores during the first quarter of FY26. This strong performance reflects sustained demand for the company’s advanced conductors, power cables, and Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) solutions across both domestic and international markets.
The orders span a wide range of critical infrastructure applications, including high-performance conductors for green energy corridors, advanced medium and high-voltage power cables, Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC), and OPGW for modern, digital-ready grids. Sterlite Electric has also secured contracts for reconductoring and uprating existing transmission systems from prominent state utilities, further strengthening India’s power infrastructure.
The company also continues to strengthen its position in global markets with consistent exports to the LATAM, SAARC, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
