Unlike typical pressure sensors that can drift in vacuum conditions and degrade in accuracy, Honeywell’s sensor maintains precision even under high-pressure and high-temperature environments, with minimal offset drift. It is suitable for measuring various gases commonly used in semiconductor fabrication, enabling equipment to create wafer features that meet stringent specifications.
The sensor meets rigorous SEMI F20 standards for metal composition and surface roughness, ensuring it introduces minimal impurities into the manufacturing process. This helps reduce defects and wafer scrap, enhancing overall production yield.
