Ideagen, a global leader in health, safety, and risk management software, has announced the acquisition of WorkSafe Guardian (WSG), an Australia-based innovator in lone-worker safety technology.
The move expands Ideagen’s Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) solutions and strengthens its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.
