Incharz (Servotech EV Infra Pvt. Ltd.), one of India’s leading charge point operators and EV infrastructure developers, has announced a strategic partnership with the Gaurs Group, a prominent real estate developer renowned for its extensive residential and commercial projects. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in advancing the availability of public EV charging infrastructure across high-footfall Gaurs Group locations in Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Region (NCR).
As part of this initiative, Incharz and the Gaurs Group have jointly identified key sites within Gaurs-owned and managed properties to install public EV charging stations. In the next phase, the network will expand to multiple strategically chosen residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments under the Group’s portfolio. Supported by Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), Incharz will handle the complete lifecycle of these installations from setup and operation to maintenance, ensuring reliable, publicly accessible EV charging solutions across designated parking zones.
The initiative aims to enhance charging accessibility for EV users while contributing to the region’s clean mobility transition. Additionally, Incharz will offer special discounted charging tariffs across all partnered locations, ensuring that residents, visitors, and commuters benefit from affordable and reliable EV charging services. This partnership reinforces Incharz’s commitment to enabling a seamless EV charging ecosystem across urban clusters.
