Vayavya Labs has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SimDaaS Autonomy Private Limited, an IIT Kanpur–incubated deep-tech startup specializing in AI-driven simulation platforms for ADAS and autonomous vehicle development.
The partnership seeks to co-develop and deploy innovative solutions across autonomous driving, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), simulation technologies, and AI-led virtual validation.
By integrating SimDaaS’s AI-based scenario generation and sensor-simulation capabilities with Vayavya Labs’ expertise in digital twins, virtual ECUs (vECUs), and coverage-driven verification frameworks, the collaboration aims to accelerate virtual testing and validation for real-world mobility challenges, particularly within the complex traffic and environmental conditions of emerging markets such as India.
