SolarEdge Technologies, Inc., a global leader in smart energy solutions, has announced a strategic collaboration with Schaeffler, a top-tier automotive and industrial supplier, to roll out electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and software across Schaeffler’s European sites.
The partnership will enable the deployment of approximately 2,300 EV charging points, enhancing charging access for Schaeffler employees and fleet drivers. The rollout begins with the newly electrified parking lot at Schaeffler’s global headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, specifically at its Technology Center (Technologiezentrum).
Powered by SolarEdge’s Wevo technology, now integrated into its advanced ONE for C&I energy optimization platform, the system offers a seamless charging experience via a custom mobile app designed for employee use.
