ZELIO E Mobility Ltd., a prominent player in India’s electric two-wheeler market, is set to expand its dealership network from 400 to 550 locations by May 2025. This strategic growth aims to solidify ZELIO’s leadership in the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) sector, making eco-friendly transportation more accessible across the nation.
Currently, ZELIO operates in 25 states, including major markets like Kerala, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tripura, and Assam. As part of its expansion, the company plans to strengthen its presence in key regions like Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar. Additionally, ZELIO will enter new territories, including Himachal Pradesh and Goa.
This expansion represents a significant business milestone and a boost for local employment, with ZELIO planning to create 1,000 new jobs. By increasing its network, the company aims to contribute to regional economic growth and support the evolving EV ecosystem in India.
The expanded dealerships will showcase ZELIO’s latest models, including the X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery. These are designed for urban commuters seeking stylish, efficient electric mobility options. These dealerships will also introduce new models tailored to the increasing demand for environmentally conscious transportation.
ZELIO anticipates that the expansion will drive notable sales growth, with an estimated 5,000 additional two-wheelers to be sold by May 2025.
