Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd., India’s first and only 360° solution provider for exhibitions, tradeshows, and event management, has announced outstanding financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The BSE-listed company, operating across the exhibitions, events, and media services sectors, posted record profits, strong revenue growth, and achieved a debt-free balance sheet.
On a consolidated basis, Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd achieved its revenue for FY 2024-25 jump by more than 62% to INR 143.51 crores from INR 88.46 crores in FY 2023-24 while its EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization) shot up by 74.55% to INR 35.12 crores from INR 20.12 crores in the same period, with its EBITDA margin at an impressive 24.48%.
The company’s PAT (Profit After Tax) more than doubled, recording an increase of 113% in FY 2024-25 to INR 30.26 crores, from INR 14.23 crores in FY 2023-25.
On a standalone basis, Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd saw its revenue jump over 69% in FY 2024-25, to INR 69.67 crores, from INR 41.18 crores in FY 2023-24 while its PAT, on a standalone basis, nearly doubled to INR 12.10 crores in FY 2024-25, from INR 6.31 crores in FY 2023-24.
Debt-Free Status Achieved
The company also achieved an unparalleled financial milestone in FY 2024-25 as it became 100% debt-free as of 31st March 2025, further reinforcing its long-term sustainability and readiness for future expansion.

Moreover, our clean and debt-free balance sheet demonstrates the resilience and scalability of our business model. We are now well-positioned for aggressive but sustainable growth.”
Future Outlook
With a robust pipeline, strong demand for integrated event solutions, and a debt-free status, Exhicon is set to accelerate its domestic and international expansion while maximizing shareholder value. The company last month also approved a strategic capital outlay of INR 50 crores for the design, development and deployment of temporary and semi-permanent event structures. This will be used to procure and commission semi-permanent modular event venues, large-span hangars and super structures, indoor pre-fab maxima and octanorm systems, portable hospitality suites, rest rooms, box offices and registration arenas, and modular staging and rigging solutions.
