Blue Matter is pleased to welcome Jenna Riffell as a Partner, based in London. She joined the firm on April 15, bringing extensive consulting experience that will enhance our capabilities across Europe.
Before joining Blue Matter, Jenna spent nearly a decade at Kx Advisors, where she served biopharmaceutical clients as a strategic consultant and advanced to the role of Managing Partner. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in building and leading Kx’s European operations.
In addition to her business expertise in life sciences, Jenna also brings a strong scientific foundation. Prior to her consulting career, she conducted drug development research at the University of British Columbia and The Institute of Cancer Research.

She also stands out as a people leader, known for mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.” Her work experience also encompasses multiple therapeutic spaces, with key focus areas being immunology, neurology, rare diseases, oncology, and women’s health.

Jenna’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry and Biochemistry, from the University of British Columbia.
