Cymat Technologies Ltd. is pleased to announce the signing of a 10-year collaboration agreement with NUVIA, reinforcing its long-standing partnership with the French-based leader in nuclear energy solutions.
As the world’s top producer of nuclear-generated electricity deriving 70% of its domestic power from nuclear, France plays a central role in the global energy landscape. NUVIA, headquartered in France and operating internationally, is recognized for its innovation in nuclear sector technologies. This long-term agreement enables the continued integration of Cymat’s SmartMetal panels into NUVIA’s Nufoam systems.
With France’s nuclear infrastructure undergoing major life extension initiatives and growing global interest in nuclear energy as a low-carbon power source, this agreement positions Cymat and NUVIA to jointly pursue new market opportunities both domestically and abroad.
As previously announced, Cymat supplies SmartMetal panels for inclusion in Nufoam solutions that provide protection of nuclear facilities and infrastructure against external environmental threats. Ongoing sales of these panels will be further supported by this agreement.
Cymat CEO and Chairman Michael Liik stated, “We are pleased to formalize our relationship with NUVIA and look forward to a fruitful long-term relationship with them.” He went on to say, “After so many years of development work, nuclear now forms a solid pillar of strong and predictable revenue growth for Cymat.”
