Jeff Shattuck has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kathy Payne has been appointed President of The Dot Printer, and Bruce Carson, the current CEO of The Dot Corp, will assume the role of Chairman, continuing to guide the company’s strategic direction.
After 45 years of dedicated leadership and service to the company, Bruce Carson will transition into the role of Chairman. As the visionary behind The Dot Corp’s success, Mr. Carson will continue to oversee strategic direction, innovation initiatives, and long-term growth plans to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the supply chain solutions industry.
Jeff Shattuck, formerly President of The Dot Corp, with 32 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, has been a driving force in the company’s expansion over the past 29 years. Under his leadership, The Dot Corp diversified from a print-centric organization to a service partner and industry leader, consistently achieving year-over-year profitable growth. His expertise in strategic partnerships, healthcare supply chain solutions, digital integration, and fulfillment logistics has positioned the company as a leader in health and wellness verticals, eCommerce fulfillment, and medical device kitting. As CEO, Mr. Shattuck will continue spearheading business development, operational excellence, and technological advancements to meet the evolving needs of clients across various industries.
Kathy Payne, formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has played a pivotal role in The Dot Printer’s customer-first approach for the past 41 years. With a focus on customer relations and strategic growth, she will step into the role of President of The Dot Printer. With a deep understanding of print production, direct mail marketing, and data-driven communication solutions, Mrs. Payne’s leadership will further enhance The Dot Printer’s capabilities in high-quality commercial printing, marketing solutions, and customer engagement.
